Computer Science Master's Student & Software Engineer
Specializing in workflow automation, systems programming, and machine learning
Over two years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator at Universal Destinations and Experiences, progressing from intern to full-time based on delivering impactful automations and integrations. Developed solutions using Workfront Fusion and APIs that automated workflows across marketing and sales teams, successively taking on increasing responsibility for system orchestration and supporting end users on the project management platform.
While working full time, pursuing a Master's in Computer Science at the University of Florida (graduating December 2025), I am particularly interested in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning. Academic projects include implementing advanced data structures in C++, building a CNN for digit recognition, and developing a Linux file system.
I Recently left my position to carry out a study abroad program at Kyoto University through a University of Florida partnership, with current coursework focusing on AI applications for game development. Actively building a 3D multiplayer game in Godot Engine using C#, implementing physics-based mechanics and AI behavior systems.
Currently seeking a software engineering new grad role where I can tackle complex, cross-disciplinary problems and contribute to meaningful, impactful work.
Implemented and benchmarked Range Tree and KD-Tree data structures in C++ with comprehensive test suites and modern C++ features for spatial data processing.
Engineered a digit recognition system using YOLOv8 CNN, achieving ~90% accuracy with data augmentation and transfer learning. Optimized using IoU and mAP metrics.
Engineered a custom Linux file system in C++ using FUSE, integrating a userspace daemon for efficient file operations and gaining experience in low-level OS architecture.
Developed a course planning tool with interactive GUI using SFML, featuring topological sorting for prerequisite-aware scheduling and Python web scraper for data collection.
Modeled and simulated power plant infrastructure using System Advisor Model (SAM) software, optimizing operational parameters with financial analysis. Published in Bachelor's Dissertation.
Developed empirical model using Excel and MATLAB for solar potential estimation in Brazil. Results published and presented at National Congress of Mechanical Engineering (CREEM).
